The DC Preservation League presented an Individual Lifetime Achievement Award to Loretta Neumann.  The award, which was given to Loretta, a former president of the Alliance,  at its 2021 District of Columbia Awards ceremony for Excellence in Historic Preservation.  The Alliance Board wishes to extend its congratualations and appreciation for all of the hard work Loretta has done to preserve the Civil War Defenses of Washington.
